Most parents believe that sleep will develop naturally for their child – but some children need to be taught how to fall asleep by themselves.
With your goals and parenting style in mind, I will work with you to develop a customized plan to help coach your child to sleep, and to stay asleep through the night. Step by step, I will support you during the process by reviewing sleep and nap logs, tweaking and improving their daytime schedule, offering advise and reassurance on the implementation of your sleep plan, and by responding to and changing the plan based on your child’s progress and any road blocks
